Amazon customer reviews of Kaleidoscope

  • I was really, really pleased with this kaleidoscope. This is exactly like the 'real' ones I had as a child 50 years ago. I like to see the light coming through the transparent colored pieces,it makes for much richer visuals. This one uses colorful beads, and the originals used shards of colorful glass, but the results are the same as the originals. Maybe even better, since these shapes are more defined and varied.
  • I wanted to find an unusual item for Christmas for my 5-year-old granddaughter. This kaleidoscope filled the bill. She was delighted with it--don't think she had ever seen one. Recommend it for children of all ages.
  • This kaleidoscope is prettier and built better than the ones I had as a child 50 years ago. If my 3-year old grandson isn't impressed with it, I bet his parents will be.
